Shipping Prices

We ship globally! Please find your relevant location & pricing below:

UK:
1. All orders over 600 net of VAT are FREE from delivery charges.
2. For orders of 300 to 600 net of VAT a 45 fixed shipping charge will be applied.
3. For orders up to 300 net of VAT a 25 fixed shipping charge will be applied.

Europe:
1. All orders over 1000 are FREE from delivery charges.
2. For orders of 400 to 1000 an 85 fixed shipping charge will be applied.
3. For orders up to 400 a 45 fixed shipping charge will be applied.

Middle East 
1. For all orders over 1000 a fixed 200 delivery charge will be applied
2. For orders of 500 to 1000 a 150 fixed shipping charge will be applied.
3. For orders up to 500 a 75 fixed shipping charge will be applied.

Asia & Africa:
1. All orders over 1000 are FREE from delivery charges.
2. For orders of 400 to 1000 a 90 fixed shipping charge will be applied.
3. For orders up to 400 a 55 fixed shipping charge will be applied.

Australia & New Zealand:
1. All orders over 1000 are FREE from delivery charges.
2. For orders of 450 to 1000 a 100 fixed shipping charge will be applied.
3. For orders up to 450 a 60 fixed shipping charge will be applied.

South & Central America:
1. All orders over 900 are FREE from delivery charges.
2. For orders of 400 to 900 a 75 fixed shipping charge will be applied.
3. For orders up to 400 a 40 fixed shipping charge will be applied.

Mexico, USA & Canada: 
IDM operates with several local distributors in North America. We would love to put you in contact with the relevant local distributor so please fill out this form and we'll be in touch.

VAT & Customs clearance

  • Once the dispensers enter your country, you might be requested to pay VAT according to the tax laws in your country. Please note that VAT is refundable for you if you are a VAT-registered company.
  • If you are ordering under a company name, please send us your VAT & EORI numbers, in order to assist in the customs clearance process, (For EU residents only)
  • If you are ordering for a private person / residential address, please send us your Tax ID to assist in the customs clearance process (EU residents only) 
  • IDM dispensers are duty-free under EUR1 agreements and should not carry customs charges under HS codes 3924109000 / 3924100019 however there might be some customs clearance charges applied. For more information please check with your local customs broker. 

Canceling/Modifying an Order

Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be modified or canceled. If you wish to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible through email or over the phone or Contact us here

Online orders are limited to a total of 14 units for wholesale orders, or to a total order value of 7500 Euros.

Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel any order. 

Returns

Goods may be returned for a refund, exchange, or replacement within 30 days of receipt provided they are returned unused, in a saleable condition, and in their original packaging, and according to the following terms:

          Products that are no longer required or incorrectly ordered

    • A restocking charge of 25% will be applied to all returns. Shipping charges paid at the time of checkout will not be credited along with the return.
    • All returns must be received in unused and resalable condition in original packaging. Goods received that are used, damaged, or with missing packaging cannot be refunded and will either be returned to the buyer at their own cost or destroyed with the buyer's consent.
    • Any items that have been custom-made, discounted, or non-standard items are strictly non-returnable. 
    • The shipping cost of returning any goods that are no longer required or that have been incorrectly ordered will be paid for by the buyer, including any customs fees that might be applied during the return process. 

         Products that are not collected or cleared by customs

    • IDM will be happy to assist you with the customs clearance process of your dispensers. If you do not clear the dispensers through customs and they are returned to IDM, a restocking charge of 25% will be applied to the return.
    • Shipping charges paid at the time of checkout will not be credited along with the return.
    • Any additional charges that might be applied due to the customs clearance process or the return of the item to IDM, will also be deducted from the final credit.

         Products that are returned under warranty

    • Any returns under warranty may be repaired rather than replaced or refunded, under IDM's sole discretion. 

     To start a return, you can contact us at +44 (0) 7478 644 270 or admin@idm-dispenser.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Once a return confirmation has been issued, all returns must be received within 14 calendar days; No credits can be issued beyond this period.

     Damages

    • Upon receiving your order, please inspect it for any damaged, lost, or missing items. If any part of your order is missing or damaged, please keep the items and packaging and contact us within 3 business days of receipt so we can find a solution for you. We may request pictures of the damage to help with this process. Damage claims outside of this period may not be processed. 
    • In most instances, a refund or an offer of replacement will be made. 
    • In the case of international deliveries outside of Europe; IDM Dispensers Ltd. reserves the right to refund damaged items rather than replace them.
